We offer domestic and international shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from New Jersey.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped.

Processing times begin once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or the time required for delivery once your order has been shipped.

During periods of high order volume, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, package weight, and applicable carrier rates.

Shipping fees must be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated through a promotional offer or discount.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders shipped within the United States will have available shipping options and costs calculated at checkout.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to eligible locations.

International shipping costs and available shipping methods are determined at checkout based on the destination country, package details, and rates provided by the selected shipping courier.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country upon delivery. Gianna and Julia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or fees required by international authorities.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the shipping carrier, Gianna and Julia is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen after delivery confirmation.
