EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY:
We want you to love every item you purchase from Gianna & Julia. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
All exchange or return inquiries should be emailed to giannandjulia@gmail.com along with your order number. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following requirements:
- Eligibility: Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within 14 days of your original order date. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the tags attached. Exchanges and returns will only be processed once we have received and inspected the item. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not guaranteed.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Please note that all original shipping charges non-refundable.
FLAWED ITEMS
We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards before it reaches you. If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us at giannandjulia@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue. Requests submitted outside of this time frame will not be eligible for a replacement.
EVIDENCE SUBMISSION & VERIFICATION
To help us review faulty, damaged, or incorrect item claims, all requests must include clear photos or videos that accurately show the issue. We may request additional images, videos, or information if needed to properly assess your claim.
Gianna & Julia reserves the right to determine whether an item is considered faulty due to a manufacturing or quality defect. If we reasonably believe that the evidence provided does not accurately represent the condition of the item, or if additional verification is required, we may:
- Request additional photos, videos, or supporting information.
- Request that the item be returned for further inspection.
- Decline a replacement or refund request if the claim cannot be verified.
Our verification process helps ensure that all claims are reviewed fairly and protects against fraudulent claims.
